My Weekly Menu Plan 8/14/2011

After being on vacation with my family last week, we are slowly easing back into our normal routine.  It was a great time and I really didn’t want to leave, but it is nice to be home! 

I have decided to try leftovers for our lunches this week to see how that works out.  I will also make this Summer Soup and have salad on hand for us to eat with or in the place of leftovers as well.

Here’s my menu for this week:



Spinach Ricotta Pie – Wednesday’s dinner


Breakfast:  Scrambled Eggs, Sourdough English Muffins

Lunch:  Eat at restaurant after church

Dinner:  Sloppy Joes, Fried Okra


Breakfast:  Avocado Fruit Smoothies, Scrambled Eggs

Lunch:  Soup/Salad/Leftovers

Dinner:  Tacos, Watermelon Lemonade


Breakfast:  Raw Juice Smoothies, Sweet Potato Oatmeal (this is SO yummy!)

Lunch:  Soup/Salad/Leftovers

Dinner:  Sausage Zucchini Bake, Fresh Corn on the Cob


Breakfast: Raw Juice Smoothie, Egg Sandwiches

Lunch:  Soup/Salad/Leftovers

Dinner:  Spinach Ricotta Pie (Trevor has been requesting this!), Salads


Breakfast:  Raw Juice Smoothies, Sweet Potato Oatmeal

Lunch:  Soup/Salad/Leftovers

Dinner:  Easy Chicken Enchiladas


Breakfast:  Raw Juice Smoothies, Egg Sandwiches

Lunch:  Soup/Salad/Leftovers

Dinner:  Homemade Pizza with Sourdough Pizza Crust (from American Pie), Fresh Veggies with Homemade Ranch


Breakfast:  Blueberry Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs

Lunch:  Fish Tacos

Dinner:  Rice and Veggie Alfredo, Salads
